Listening to the client, understanding their deepest desires and needs, clarifying and synthesizing their objectives, achieving them efficiently while offering them rational, high-quality architecture that is contemporary, understated, and elegant. We are also very attentive to the impact of our projects on land use and the economy of the resources employed. Our architecture is rooted in its time but is designed to last and reduce its environmental impact.

Our responsibility as builders does not make us forget our role as "dressers" of cities. While the initials REV stand for "Renovation, Energy, and Enhancement," technical terms that affirm our expertise in construction and financial management, the poetic and artistic evocation of rev architecture is omnipresent in our projects. By avoiding all unnecessary "decoration" and expressiveness, our architecture goes to the essentials and gives our projects a sense of completeness and clarity.

REV architecture was founded in 2009 and now has around ten employees. The firm works mainly on residential projects, whether for rental, condominium, or private clients.Through our experience in the fields of lease law and real estate investment, we bring real added value to our clientele, which consists mainly of institutional investors, investors, and property owners. In order to offer our clients all the services they need to complete their construction projects, we are equally skilled in the early stages of the real estate development process (technical analyses, feasibility studies) as we are in architectural design, preparation for execution, and construction management. Whether for renovations or new constructions, small or large, each project is managed by the same project manager throughout the entire process. This ensures consistency between the different phases, that objectives are known and met, and that communication with the client is prioritized.
