Fromagerie de Provence
Situated at an altitude of 850 meters, on a balcony overlooking Lake Neuchâtel and the Alps, our dairy is located in the commune of Provence, in the Jura Nord Vaudois district.
Our cooperative is made up of 20 farmers who supply us with high-quality milk from cows raised in the surrounding pastures, enjoying a generous, verdant natural environment.
Our specialty: Le Creux-du-Van
A purely local product! It's a semi-hard cheese with a unique taste that's a must-taste!
