Dental hygienist

The latest generation of erbium lasers: the Lite Touch is being integrated into this practice first in all of Europe, from April 2007. The latest research findings have been integrated into this state-of-the-art device, taking laser application technology a giant new step forward.

 

Diode laser

The diode laser is mainly used in periodontology (treatment of diseased gums) and for root treatments for its deep diffusion treatment features. In addition, this modern diode laser also enables treatments as a "Softlaser", for treatments of joint pain, sensitive teeth etc.

 

CO2 laser

This latest-generation CO2 laser enables precise cutting work and fine work in small touch-ups combined in a single handpiece. This laser, as well as the "Lite Touch" have been improved thanks to Dr. Bader's direct collaboration with factories, in South Korea and Israel.

 

Erbium:YAG Laser

The Erbium:YAG Laser makes it possible to "mill" teeth without the use of rotating burs. The laser light removes and vaporizes decay, enabling minimally invasive treatment without the need for anesthesia. Having your teeth treated without having your mouth all asleep for hours on end: what comfort!

 

Caries without anesthesia

A premolar after treatment with Erbium:YAG LASER, allowing treatment without any anesthesia, because it's pain-free. Once this cavity has been eliminated, we can proceed with obturation using the latest generation materials.

 

Fibroma in the cheek

This fibroma is "maintained" by the patient, who regularly bites into his cheek. This lump bothers him, but until now he couldn't bring himself to have this fibroma removed by surgery and stitches.

About 10 days later, we can see no trace of this fibroid! The absence of scarring is significant for CO2 LASER procedures.

ORTHODONTISM

Dr. Carl Bader has completed a series of courses in orthodontics, culminating in an equivalent Master's degree in orthodontics(Curriculum Kieferorthopädie, Germany) and is able to offer you the best solution for orthodontic correction, whether for a removable solution ("plate"), fixed with plates bonded to the teeth ("brackets") or with invisible splints ("Invisalign" or Orthofolio). Not only children and teenagers seek such therapy, but also adults who wish to correct their teeth for aesthetic reasons. To further enhance his knowledge, he regularly attends advanced training courses in Switzerland and abroad. Dr. Bader is regularly invited to participate in expert orthodontic seminars abroad.

 

MOVABLE ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT

It's sometimes possible to treat a tooth position anomaly with a removable plastic plate, which can be worn as often as possible (except for sports or meals). For example, an expansion plate to "straighten" the teeth on one side, or to integrate the teeth into the arch. The age at which orthodontic treatment begins varies from case to case and according to the individual orthodontic condition.

FIXED ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT

In some cases it is not possible to treat malpositions with a removable plate. Instead, a plate, known as a bracket, must be bonded to each tooth. The wire incorporated into the plates connects all the teeth and sets the tone for changing the position, rotation and angulation of the teeth.

 

TREATMENT BY INVISIBLE ATTELLES

Adults don't always want to be treated with fixed platelet therapy. We can offer them treatment with invisible splints which somehow force misaligned teeth into their more aesthetically pleasing place. These treatments are computer-calculated in 3D.
