Medical massage 
Medical massage is a manual therapy applied for the prevention and treatment of diseases of the locomotor system. It aims to reduce pain in the musculoskeletal system, increase mobility and amplitude of joints, reduce adhesions and muscle contractures, improve posture, reduce organic disorders, reduce stress, act on headaches, etc.

Indications : cervical, dorsalgia, lumbago, sciatica, epicondylitis, tendinapathy, headaches, etc.

Lymphatic drainage and compression bandaging
Lymphatic drainage is a technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system through slow movement on the skin. In the event of edema, e.g. following surgery, cancer, Sudeck, etc., the lymphatic system is stimulated.Drainage will encourage   the flow   of   lymph   and   the   return   of   liquids   into   the   venous system.
The compression bandage helps reduce edema as well as reabsorb fluids and proteins back into the circulation thanks to the compression of several layers of bandages around a limb, for example.

Indications : lymphoedema  primary and secondary,  post-operative edema, lipoedema,  phleboedema,   Sudeck (algoneurodystrophy), water retention/heavy legs, ENT, sleep disorders, etc.

Connective tissue massage:
Connective tissue massage is a special neural therapy reflex therapy. The aim is to stimulate neurons, and through stretching connective tissue, trigger reflexes.

Indications : treatment  of  scars,   disturbances   functional   of  organs  such  as  circulatory difficulties, disturbances   of   stomach,   bowel,   bladder,   etc,   pain   locomotor system,   neurological disorders, fibromyalgia, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, etc.

Electrotherapy :
By   various   processes   and   by means   of specific   apparatus,   it   is   possible to use   electricity   for   therapeutic purposes.It is   a   technique   that   does   no   harm.The   patient   must   feel   the   current   but  in a  comfortable way. Electrotherapy is often used for pain relief, muscle relaxation, scar treatment, etc.

Indications : muscle pain, muscle relaxant, sciatica, lumbago, cervicalgia, Sudeck, etc.

Plantar reflexology:
This is a manual therapy based on the existence of reflex zones on the feet, hands, ears, face etc... representing all the organs and parts of the body, which can thus be treated remotely by simple pressure or massage in order to stimulate the body's self-regulation.

Indications : functional organ derangements such as constipation, sleep disorders, respiratory difficulty, etc, organ rebalancing (homeostasis), multiple sclerosis, etc.

Hydrotherapy (in advice):
In   hydrotherapy,   water   is   used   in   its various   states. It   will have   a   beneficial effect   on the balance of internal organs such as breathing, blood circulation, digestion, immunity, etc. Through my training, I can give you advice that you can carry out easily at home.

Indications : acute local inflammation, digestive system, sleep disorder, edema, fever, respiratory disorder, circulatory disorder, etc.
