Medical massage
Medical massage is a manual therapy used for the prevention and treatment of musculoskeletal disorders. It aims to reduce pain in the musculoskeletal system, increase mobility and range of motion in the joints, reduce adhesions and muscle spasms, improve posture, reduce organic disorders, reduce stress, relieve headaches, etc.
Indications: neck pain, back pain, lower back pain, sciatica, epicondylitis, tendinopathy, headaches, etc.
Lymphatic drainage and compression bandaging
Lymphatic drainage is a technique that aims to stimulate the lymphatic system through slow movements on the skin. In cases of edema, e.g., following surgery, cancer, Sudeck's syndrome, etc., drainage will promote the flow of lymph and the return of fluids into the venous system.
Compression bandages reduce edema and promote the reabsorption of fluids and proteins into the circulation by applying pressure with several layers of bandages around a limb, for example.
Indications: primary and secondary lymphedema, post-operative edema, lipedema, phleboedema, Sudeck's syndrome (algoneurodystrophy), water retention/heavy legs, ENT, sleep disorders, etc.
Connective tissue massage:
Connective tissue massage is a special reflex therapy used in neural therapy. The aim is to stimulate the neurons and trigger reflexes by stretching the connective tissue.
