Visiting hours

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the following rules must be observed to ensure the safety of patients and nursing staff: 

• Visits admitted only between 3pm to 5pm (last entry at 5pm - exit at 5:30pm)
• Maximum one visitor per patient per day
• Length of visit limited to one hour

The wear of a mask is mandatory at all times, as is compliance with barrier measures. Visitors must absolutely disinfect their hands before entering the room, avoid any physical contact with the patient and remain seated on a chair at least 1 meter from the hospitalized person. Visitors will also take care to keep their personal belongings (clothes, handbag, etc.) on their lap or on the floor, always at a safe distance from the patient's bed.

Visiting patients suspected of or suffering from coronavirus remains prohibited, except in special cases, notably when the person's vital prognosis is engaged, in intensive care or during end-of-life situations.

Special conditions also apply in pediatrics (presence of both parents possible) and for maternity visits (presence of the father). In the maternity ward, siblings can visit the newborn and the mother for a first introduction (outside the maternity ward, visits by minors under 12 are not permitted).
