Original forms of utility ceramics have accompanied mankind since its earliest stages of development. Due to its ease of handling, clay was ideally suited to forming utilitarian and cult objects. The keramik werkstatt schaedler is part of this ancient tradition of shaping, molding and firing objects from fired clay. In 1836, great-great-grandfather Philipp Albert Schädler ventured onto the market as a stove tile producer. Today, the focus is no longer on large-scale production, but on the careful production of modern ceramics for the home, for decorative purposes and, last but not least, the series of urns for people and beloved companions from the animal kingdom.
