The services below are not included in the annual membership fee. They are invoiced to the tenant in addition :

 

1st service (within 3 months of joining)                                                  Fr. 60.-

1st consultation on a voluntary basis (evenings, within 3 months of joining)      Fr. 30.-                                                                  

 

• One-off consultation (for non-members)                               Fr. 100.-
• Single consultation on a voluntary basis (evenings)             Fr. 50.-

 

Services provided depending on the merits of the case and the availability of consultants :

 

• Assistance at a conciliation commission hearing         Fr. 110.-

- collective from 3 people, per member                                            Fr. 80.-

- transaction before hearing                                                          Fr. 80.-

- transaction after hearing (in case of suspension  of hearing, assistance during hearing included)                                                                                           Fr. 150.-

of hearing, including assistance during the hearing)

Assistance during an exit inventory of fixtures : minimum 

Rate per hour : Fr. 80.-/hour, transport time charged                

 

 

• Examination of a heating bill                                      Fr. 50.-

Heating bill (assumption of responsibility for steps after consultation, consultation included)
