DAMEC SA was founded in 1977 and has been involved in the manufacture of precision mechanical parts for third parties from the outset. Our company manufactures precision mechanical parts and has a large stock of state-of-the-art CNC machines. The variety of machined parts has allowed us to gain a great deal of experience in this field over the years, enabling us to carry out complex machining operations while guaranteeing compliance with the required tolerances. Our team of 20 people is able to meet the most diverse production requirements, ensuring precision, quality and punctuality.

Milling

- Vertical CNC machining centers with up to 5 axes.

- Parts up to 4000 mm long (machine travel 4000x800x800 mm).

Turning

- Workpiece diameters up to 300 mm or with bar loader up to 68 mm.

- Multi-axis turning with driven tools.

Grinding

- Surface grinding up to 600x400 mm.

- Cylindrical grinding up to 200 mm diameter.

Assembly

- We are able to assemble small assemblies according to customer specifications.
