The foundation board members, who are elected from among the affiliated companies and are themselves insured by FUTURA with their companies, ensure efficient and cost-effective implementation with a constant focus on further optimization. Mandates from third-party partners are regularly checked for market conformity. The pension assets are invested in the interests of the insured persons and with the aim of granting additional interest. 

The interest rate of 3.25% on the pension assets in 2024 confirms the Foundation's strategy. The unavoidable reduction in conversion rates due to increasing life expectancy is to be cushioned as best as possible by generating a high performance and distributing these funds to the insured persons.
