Already since 1951 the company Nessi & Co. performed local (Cargo Domicilio), national and international transports. The big breakthrough came in 1982 when, in addition to incorporating as a corporation, Trasporti Nessi SA opened its large, new headquarters at the Zandone industrial zone in Losone-Locarno.

The company's first year of operation was in 1982.

This year coincides with the development of the new and natural phase in the business transportation. This activity is consolidated as the main one along with freight storage and furniture and household goods storage.

Development in this area of the market has certainly been assisted by our ever-affectionate clientele, who have since the beginning confirmed their trust and certainty for our professionalism in this service.

Our headquarters at the industrial area of Zandone is spread over a surface area of 4,700 m2 for a total of over 12,000 cubic meters of space. In this building are located all the company facilities such as offices, storage, garages and other facilities suitable for keeping our fleet of vehicles always in ready response.

The Locarno-Losone region is located directly a few kilometers from the most important highway artery in Europe. This location makes us ready to serve our clientele with a short travel time.

Our technicians do not calculate the cubage of your furniture to the centimeter.

They perform an average on the quantity, type of furniture and their contents. For example, the contents  of a kitchen is calculated on average in 2-m3 (cubic meters) of cartons to be loaded.
