Come and enjoy typically Swiss dishes in the heart of Europe in a rustic chalet dating from the 17th century, a real jewel of history with old-world charm.
Take a seat at one of the restaurant's 160 magnificent wooden tables and let the warm ambience lull you to sleep while you enjoy good food.
The dishes :
For two decades, our menu has remained the same!
We offer typical Swiss dishes: fondues, raclettes and croûtes with cheese we make on site, homemade Rösti cooked with cheese dairy butter, grilled meats cooked over a wood fire,...
Our menu also adapts to each of the four seasons, with specific dishes for each time of year.
From Monday to Friday, we also offer daily menus.
The wines :
We offer regional and local wines.
Only one wine from France: Bordeaux.
Demonstrations :
Witness and take part in artisanal cheese-making from A to Z.
Cheese-making takes place in the evening, from 6:30 pm.
