Graduated from the Swiss Federation for Adult Education and from the International Yoga Institute, Nelly Ravey is a serving  yoga teaching since the 90s'.

From Giez, the Académie de Yoga teaches this discipline in the canton of Vaud, from Lausanne to Yverdon-les-Bains and Grandson ,as well as in Neuchâtel. The yoga classes yoga classes can be complemented by stress management workshops one Saturday a month in Pully.

For companies, associations or training centers, Nelly Ravey offers to organize "Stress Management"courses, developing health, efficiency and vitality, renewing positive energies on a daily basis.
