For children aged 2 and over, teenagers and adults.

Our distinctive and balanced program designed for complete development for children through the traditions and our methodology of the most renowned combinations of grand ballet, to apply the right foundations of poise, perseverance and artistic expression for children throughout life.

We offer progressive instruction according to the age and level of the student, developed in collaboration with ballet artists and instructed by dance professionals in a competent and responsible manner.

Postural ballet for adults.

 

The aim of our classes is not only to practice, but above all to teach the movements and their correct execution, so that exercise becomes fluid and natural. Specially designed to renew the dialogue between body and mind, but also to learn how to breathe in and out during your dance and Barre Workout sessions.

These disciplines are practiced and favored in the world of classical dance and focus on maintaining and preventing back pain, as well as joint pain. Thanks to our classes you'll quickly achieve supreme ballerina curvature and support.
