La Grangette is an ORGANIC agricultural farm. A self-service farm store located near the hen houses is open 7/7 from 7:30am to 8:30pm. La Grangette has cattle and laying hens. Omega-3 enriched eggs are mainly sold direct. La Grangette also has field crops and does farm processing. It has direct sales outlets in Beaulieu (Lausanne), Oron and Ferlens. It also offers work for third parties and machine rental. A team of six employees make up La Grangette.

Laurent Chaubert is the operations manager. His career path began with training as a retail manager, then followed the agricultural path until he obtained his Master Farmer diploma. He is delighted to be able to contribute his ideas and projects to the family business.

Three employees support him on the farm: animal care, egg collection and delivery, field work. His wife, Ariane Chaubert, also works part-time on the farm.

Our aim is to make local organic produce affordable for consumers, while ensuring quality, animal welfare and respect for biodiversity.
