Description
Cranio sacral therapy
The basis of biodynamic cranio sacral treatment is the knowledge that the body has an inner intelligence and therefore the ability to heal itself. With gentle touch, I can follow the shapes, movements, currents and patterns within the body using my hands and thus support healing through targeted focus.
The terms "cranio" & "sacral" are made up of the words skull (cranium) and sacrum
(sacrum). The skull forms the craniosacral system with the spinal column, the membranes of the brain and spinal cord and the cerebrospinal fluid. The
rhythmic production and resorption of the fluid (cerebrospinal fluid) creates the craniosacral
rhythm. This very fine movement continues from the skull via the spine to the sacrum and is transmitted to the whole body. These rhythmic movements are used in
craniosacral treatment. In the event of blockages and pain, the craniosacral rhythm can no longer be felt harmoniously.
Craniosacral therapy helps with:
- Spinal and joint disorders
- Acute and chronic pain
- Fatigue, exhaustion, sleep problems
- Depression
- Headaches, migraines, whiplash
- Jaw problems, tinnitus, sinusitis
- Stress-related disorders
- Concentration disorders, learning difficulties
- Hyperactivity
- Developmental disorders, birth trauma
- Organ diseases
Medical massage
Relieves a pleasant feeling of well-being by relieving muscle tension and stiffness. Muscle tension is regulated, waste products are removed and the tissue becomes soft and supple. This allows the energy of the entire system to flow freely again.
- Back pain
- Herniated disc, lumbago
- Headaches, migraines
- Shoulder and neck tension
Mobilization techniques
I can use various mobilization techniques to bring the spine and joints back into a good, physiological position. This allows the nerves to optimally supply the internal organs and the joints to function normally again. Pain disappears.
The different techniques are:
- Reflective mobilization
- FOI functional osteopathy and integration
- Vibration cushion
Mobilization techniques are indicated for:
- Wrong posture
- Back pain
- Herniated disc, lumbago
- Shoulder and neck tension
- Joint pain
- Headaches, migraines
- Whiplash trauma
Vibrating cushion
By loosening the pelvic joints in case of pelvic obliquity and leg length difference combined with the
swinging of the whole body on the swinging cushion, the whole deep musculature is relaxed and loosened and thus also blockages in the spine and joints are mobilized and released.
Swinging cushion helps with:
- See the list of mobilization techniques
- to harmonize body and mind
Foot reflexology / foot reflexology therapy / foot reflexology massage
The feet interact with the whole body. This massage can specifically stimulate the body's organ and gland functions and activate the body's self-healing powers. The body as a whole is harmonized and given regulatory support.
- Wrong posture
- Back pain
- Digestive problems
- Cycle disorders
- Headaches
- Organ diseases
Brook flowers
Brook flowers can help us to release negative soul concepts and old patterns and to find and live life-affirming values. This has a strengthening effect on our entire personality and helps us to follow our own path.
Acupoint massage
According to the teachings of traditional Chinese medicine, energy flows through our body. They follow the so-called meridians, invisible pathways, and supply the entire body with energy. However, this energy flow can be weakened or even blocked by stress. With acupuncture massage, it is possible to break through such blockages.
