Rapid Holding AG consists of two divisions: Industry and Real Estate. The Group's industrial activities are combined in Rapid Technic AG. This comprises two divisions:

The Real Estate division consists of the two companies Rapid M+F Services AG and Logotherm AG. The Group's only real estate property is currently the company property in Killwangen, which is leased to Rapid Technic AG within the Group.
