Procedure

• We will visit you at your home with no obligation. This allows you to get to know us and we can discuss all the details and peculiarities of your pet in person. Food, litter box, health, possibly vet, favorite games and much more. We will also talk about your post, plants, etc. After our conversation, you can think about everything again at your leisure.
Shortly before your vacation, give us a call to discuss any outstanding details.  The keys will be handed over shortly before your departure. A checklist helps us to take care of everything to your complete satisfaction
• We look after your pets and apartment with lots of fun and games, and you enjoy carefree days off
• After your vacation, let us know that you have arrived home safely and that your pets are doing well. If we do not hear from you within 12 hours of the last feeding, we will continue to look after your pet until you contact us. Additional services will be charged separately.
In our industry, it is customary to organize the return of the house key immediately after your vacation and to settle the bill in "cash".

Procedure

• First of all I will visit the pet owner without obligation in order to get acquainted with each other and to get to know his pets. I will write down all my duties as e.g. how much food is needed, where is the food, where is the litter pan, name of the veterinarian in case your pet needs veterinary attention, favorite games or whether mail and newspapers have to be brought in, whether plants have to be watered etc. After this visit there is time for the pet owner to consider.
• The pet owner will call me to fix a time and place for the hand-over of keys (if possible near the date of your departure). During the subsequent meeting keys will be handed over and checklist will be verified
• Futter-Blitz Yvonne Neier acts on behalf of the pet owner and in the first instance to the well-being of his pet. With love, game and fun his pet is attended
• After return from his journey it is of utmost importance that the pet owner immediately informs me that he has arrived safely and that his pet is back in his hands. I will continue to feed the pet if I do not hear from the client within 12 hours after the last feeding. Respective cost will have to be paid by the pet owner.
• Afterwards we will fix a date for the return of the keys (as soon as possible please) and the settlement in cash of the invoice

All pets will be attended because I am fond of all pets.
