The Macelleria dala Val by Ruben Mossi was born in 2017. Pushed by his grandfather, who in turn was pushed by his father, Ruben grew up with a passion for meat and made it his business. The main goal is to keep alive the memory of the recipes of the past by adapting them to the needs of this era.
