Physiotherapy

In addition to manual treatment, primarily of the musculoskeletal system, emphasis is placed on the patient's own activity and responsibility, for example in training to build up muscles. Technical aids such as thermotherapy, electrotherapy and ultrasound are also used.

If the mobility of joints, muscles, nerves and organs is restricted, the musculoskeletal system is treated using special osteopathic manipulation techniques. The aim is to support self-healing and treat the actual cause of the illness.

Used for functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system, such as joint pain. Special hand movements and mobilization techniques are used to relieve pain and eliminate movement disorders

Craniosacral therapy

Hands and fingers are used to examine the harmonious interaction of the systems, primarily on the head. If disruptive tensions are detected, they are systematically regulated. This can often reveal and prevent underlying organic disorders.

Mainly deals with functional disorders of the head, face and especially the temporomandibular joint. Targeted techniques are used to relieve the muscles and joints, mobilize the temporomandibular joint and thus relieve the incorrect load

Bobath therapy

It is a method that is mainly used for neurological disorders or problems, e.g. after a stroke. Special grip techniques are used to regulate neurologically altered muscle tension and relieve pain. This prevents restricted freedom of movement of the joint.
