Located in the natural surroundings of the foothills of the Alps, master cheesemaker Yvan Aeby and his staff enthusiastically continue the tradition of processing milk into cheese at the Weidli / Schwarzsee and Allmendli / Guggisberg mountain cheese dairies. Since the summer of 2015, the mountain products have mainly been produced at the Weidli farm cheese dairy in Schwarzsee. The care and maturing of the mountain cheeses takes place in the cellars of the Allmendli / Guggisberg mountain cheese dairy.
With the best carefully milked milk, which produces its suppliers mountain cheese "Schwarzsee", "Rahmkäse vo de Ankehäx", Bergraclette, Sensler Berg-Rahmkäse, Doppelrahm etc.
The idyllic Schwarzsee is still preserved in its natural state. This is one of the main reasons why the Schwarzsee region is so well known in tourist circles. The Guggisberg with the Guggershörnli is also ideal for day trips. Both areas are located in the Gantrisch Nature Park.
Majestic foothills of the Alps, various sporting activities, wonderful hiking trails, the dreamy, legendary lake and the generally lovely atmosphere are a constant attraction for domestic and foreign tourists and, of course, the local population.
