Our company takes care of studies, preliminary projects, building applications, as well as work and detailed planning. We prepare cost estimates in accordance with SIA and also offer entire projects with partner companies. Energy consulting is also included, as well as applications for subsidies, which we forward to the right body.

With Peter Gasenzer, you have a trained structural draughtsman with further training and more than 20 years of experience at your side.

Timber construction

Our carpenters tie and erect load-bearing structures in conventional frame or stud construction. Timber element constructions for new buildings, extensions, additions, etc. are also manufactured and erected in our company.

Façade construction

Since our foundation, facades have always been interesting tasks. Be it in wood, wood-based materials for plastering or plastic panels. The structure and the respective division give each façade its own face. We have been processing MAX exterior panels for more than ten years.

One of our strengths is converting, extending and preserving old stables or houses. Thanks to our skilled craftsmanship, old structures are given a new lease of life and transformed into contemporary properties.

When renovating insulation, we often work with cellulose insulation, which is processed and blown in by our specialists.

Terraces

Over the years, more and more decking, pool and water walkways, wind and privacy fences have been manufactured and installed. There is a wide variety of materials that are supplied and processed.

Exterior installations

Our company is known for special garden sheds or the Postbus shelters on the Grabs-Grabserberg line. We also make other custom-made products on request.
