Sanitary
In private and public buildings, sanitary technology covers the areas that serve the hygiene and health of people. In particular, this includes the technical installations for water supply and wastewater disposal.
Sanitary technology is not only found in private bathrooms within the home, but is also the basis for operating a supply of service water.
Whether in industry, residential construction or gastronomy, we will be happy to advise you on your specific ventilation problem.
We also carry out maintenance work on existing systems.
Heating with solar ventilation
For existing vacation homes in particular, we recommend an absolutely self-sufficient system with air collectors and an integrated photovoltaic element to operate a fan that blows the heated air into the building. This ensures a constant base load heat even outside the period of use (e.g. frost protection). We were able to install such a system in the Fridolinshütte of the SAC as well as in a vacation home in Braunwald.
Problem: The electricity consumption for base load heating (including frost protection) for an electrically heated vacation home that is only used for a few weeks a year is high. (Wood is usually used for heating during this time) How can solar energy be used sensibly and cost-effectively to massively reduce electricity consumption?
Solution: Installation of ventilation collectors with integrated fans, which are also powered by a built-in photovoltaic element. The outside air is drawn in via a filter at the rear, heated and blown into the stairwell via a spiral pipe. A room thermostat prevents possible overheating in the warmer months of the year. The system is self-sufficient, i.e. it does not require a supporting electrical connection. The blown-in air heats the solid base storey and especially the shaded part of the house.
