DIVO, an acronym for Défense et Illustration des Vins d'Origine, was founded in 1936 to support authentic winemakers and denounce the standardization of tastes.

Since then, DIVO, Switzerland's first wine-lovers' club, has been striving through its vast assortment to defend the sincere expression of different wine-growing terroirs by selecting wines from environmentally-friendly viticulture, often organic or biodynamic.

The DIVO team regularly goes out to meet producers and conveys their history and philosophy to its members through monthly dossiers and biannual reviews. Throughout the year, DIVO organizes tastings for its members and their friends, whether novices or enlightened amateurs.
