Description
Practice for hypnotherapy and coaching
As a certified hypnotherapist VSH and mental and life coach, I offer you holistic support in your change process.
In my effective hypnotherapy, I work with you to delve deep into your subconscious and dissolve blockages, fears and negative beliefs.
Mental and life coaching helps you to define your goals and take concrete steps to achieve them. Through targeted questions, techniques and exercises, I support you in developing new thought patterns.
Through the combination of hypnotherapy and coaching, we can work on both the conscious and unconscious level and thus achieve a holistic event.
In a non-binding initial consultation, we will discuss the following:
Getting to know each other - building a relationship of trust
Exploring your concerns/problems - determining your current situation
Explaining possible techniques and methods
Initiating the first steps
I also work as a lecturer at various schools and institutions. In collaboration with the Silence practice and Mrs. Vreni Suppiger, a physical therapist EFA, I offer a variety of courses.
