About me
My name is Eia Escher. Choosing the medical profession was linked to my desire to work with people and impart knowledge about constructive and health-promoting content. I graduated in physiotherapy in 1985 and completed a postgraduate course in sports physiotherapy in 2004. After investing 30 years in my family and my personal and professional development, I set up my own practice in 2008. In 2013, I decided to study Leadership & Management at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences in order to meet the new challenges of a manager. The Institute of Applied Psychology there was the most suitable educational institution for this. After graduating, I felt the burgeoning desire to pass on my newly acquired knowledge to interested individuals and managers. This gave rise to the idea of "Immensional" - a practice that supports people who find themselves in challenging life and/or work situations. Leadership is a demanding and energy-intensive field of activity. The balance between mental and physical needs on the one hand and professional and private demands on the other must be found and maintained.
