Kita Murmeli – Contacts & Location
Description
The nature-loving daycare center in Forch
Under the direction of Claudia Dubs and her competent and motivated team,
children aged between 5 months and 5th grade can spend an unforgettable and unique time here.
At the Murmeli daycare center and its surroundings, we create the best conditions to bring children closer to animals and nature. The children learn to take responsibility, make their own decisions and act independently. They develop a strong personality with healthy self-esteem and high social skills.
KindergartenReasons for creation and motivation
The Murmeli crèche is the result of the original Knopf playgroup. Founded by Claudia Dubs in the year 2000
In 2015, we were granted the cantonal license for the Murmeli crèche. We look after a maximum of 62 children aged 5 months to 5th grade in a loving environment with lots of contact with animals and nature.
Pedagogical principles, goals and tasksThe child is at the center of our attention. Every child is an independent personality and has the right to be recognized, accompanied and respected in his or her own way. The child is in the process of "becoming". In order to develop as much of its potential as possible, it needs a variety of experiences. We respond to individual needs and abilities and help the child to become aware of their own development (promoting self-confidence).
The child moves from the protected, familiar environment of the family to the larger community of the nursery. It is confronted with a wealth of new experiences, joys but also fears and must learn to deal with them. We give the child space and time to experience opportunities to find its place in the group. Every child should feel safe and completely at ease with us. Our nursery has a positive attitude towards all educational influences. You are welcome to request our entire educational concept from us.Daily routine

Unique experiences at the Murmeli crèche
Our program is very varied and offers many unique experiences. Whenever possible, we spend part of the day outdoors in the yard, in the forest or sometimes in our Indian tent. We offer the children the opportunity to actively participate in everyday life with the farm animals and to lend a helping hand. Would you like to know more about the detailed daily routine? We are happy to provide information and look forward to hearing from you.
