In 1998, we took over the Bernhard bakery in Fontenais and Porrentruy.

Then in March 2013, we opened a bakery-patisserie tea-room at chemin des Vagnniers 13 in Porrentruy.

In October 2014, a bakery-patisserie tea-room also saw the light of day in Courgenay.

Then on July 1, 2023, we created the boulangerie du Château in Fontenais.

Since then, they have been a great success with local residents.

The bakery-patisserie Bernhard succ Hans Marianne & Stéphane perpetuates tradition with sourdough breads, spelt breads whose flour comes from the region, wholemeal breads, cereal breads, beer breads etc....vienoiseries, cakes of every originality but also pralines and homemade ice creams.
