LATTERIA del BORGO, was born from the passion for the tradition of artisanal products of cheesemaker ANTONIO TACCOGNA.
His experience in this field began 30 years ago in Puglia.
Thanks to him, mozzarella came to Alta Leventina.
Antonio is a dynamic person, with a great desire to realize his passion, his dreams and with the goal of satisfying customers' palates.

HISTORY
LATTERIA del BORGO Dairy was founded in Alta Leventina in late 2016 as a small artisanal business, with its own production of dairy products and cheeses.
A young company, but with 27 years of experience in the dairy industry. The dairy meets its peculiarity in production excellence, matured through passion and careful selection of the best raw material: his majesty THE MILK.
The total control of a very short supply chain guarantees the achievement of the high standards of product quality.
The raw material is exclusively TICINESE, from Alta Leventina, km 0.
