Fahrschule Bisig – Contacts & Location
Description
Your driving instructor Patrick Bisig
I have been working as a category B driving instructor since 2010. I also drive as a car chauffeur and truck driver for various transport companies.
In my free time, I love to exercise: skiing, fitness, kitesurfing, diving and traveling.
My biggest hobby, skiing, was my job for a long time. After my apprenticeship as a precision mechanic, I worked for several years as a competitive skiing coach in Switzerland and abroad. I was a Swiss Snowsports expert, snow sports instructor and head of the Suvretta Snowsports children's ski school in St. Moritz.
Professional support for my customers is a matter of course for me!You can order a CD with the exam questions for the categories: A, A1, B, M, F and G or buy a theory booklet (without exam questions).
You have the option of taking individual or group theory lessons with me.
My tip to you: Whichever option you choose, take enough time to learn the theory properly and be active in your traffic lessons. Ask questions. This is an advantage in practical driving lessons. This will get you to your destination with confidence!
How to get your driving license
Memo sheets to download:

- Application to learn to drive in the canton of Schwyz
- Application for a driving license Canton of Zurich
- Change of canton ZH > SZ
The process
- Midwife course
- Application form
- Theory test
- Learning driving license
- Practical driving training
- Traffic studies
- Practical driving test
- Probationary driving license
1st emergency assistance course: Your help can save lives
- You must have completed this course before you can register for the theory test. You must not have attended the course more than six years ago .
2. form and eye test: a little bureaucracy & perspective
- Fill out the application form (incl. passport photo and eye test). Take it to the road traffic office or residents' registration office in person. Don't forget your emergency assistance card and ID .
- Good eyesight is essential to be safe on the road. Take the test at an ophthalmologist or optician's store.
- You will receive a confirmation letter from the road traffic office. Now you can register for the theory test. Of the 50 questions, 90 percent must be ticked correctly. You can order the documents (CD, theory booklet) for your preparation from me. Details
- You will receive your learner's permit after passing the theory test, at the earliest on your 18th birthday. Please note: it is only valid for 2 years .
- Just give me a call and make an appointment for your first driving lesson. By the way, private driving makes sense and is permitted if the person accompanying you has held a driver's license for at least 3 years and is at least 23 years old. Caution: Try to practise what you have learned in driving school. Bad habits lead to automatisms that are difficult to correct.
- Only those with a learner's license can take part. You learn to recognize dangers at an early stage and to better assess your own behaviour and that of your vehicle .
- Details
- As soon as you have enough experience and confidence, I will register you for the test. A traffic expert will ride in the car with you. He will check whether you can control your vehicle, know the traffic rules and react with foresight, consideration and correctly even in difficult situations.
- Your probationary driving license is valid for 3 years. During this time, you must complete 2 days of further training. Send the two WAB course confirmations to the Road Traffic Licensing Office 1 month before your driving license expires. You will then receive your permanent driving license. Please note: you will have to repeat everything if you do not meet the deadline.
3rd theory test: learn, learn, learn
4. learner's permit: now things are moving
5th practical driving training: Now it's time to start driving!
6. traffic studies: mandatory and for your benefit
7th practical driving test: Full concentration - show off your skills!
