Our office was originally founded in the autumn of 1963 by Dr. A. Keller as a limited partnership.

In the autumn of 1983, A. Bischof joined the company, gradually took over the management and acquired all of Dr. A. Keller's shares on January 1, 1990 as part of a succession plan. The company continued to operate under the name Dr. Keller & Partner AG, based in Baden.

As of 1.1.1997, a reorganization took place to relieve the previous managing director, whereby the previous management member with many years of fiduciary experience, Mr Daniel Meier, took over both the management and all shares in Dr. Keller & Partner AG.

• Tax returns

• Formations, conversions, restructurings

• Assistance with succession planning and company acquisitions and sales.

According to the HR entry, we fulfill the professional requirements as "specially qualified auditors" according to Art.727 lit.6 CO. We maintain long-term client and employee relationships. Our advice is also geared towards long-term optimization. Continuous training and further education is essential for our entire team. After 10 years of successful activity, the name was changed to Meier Daniel Treuhand AG on 1.1.2007.
