Kali Orexi!!
It's no coincidence that the PODILATO Greek Tavern was born in Cully
.
The Gauer family and Greece have a long-standing love affair dating back to 1958, when Jack set up shop on the paradise islands of Corfu and Rhodes, enabling Swiss and international holidaymakers alike to enjoy this magnificent country steeped in history and culture for decades. As for the name PODILATO (Greek for bicycle), it nods to the origins of this establishment, which was the Café des Vélos on the Place de l'Hôtel de Ville.
Kitchen
Our brigade of Greek chefs prepares delicious traditional grandmotherly recipes, all homemade with mainly imported products. A charming invitation to discover, from dish to dish, the sunny flavors of the South. We're delighted to have been able to create a little Greek corner in this magnificent UNESCO Heritage site.
