About us
Laiterie Le Terroir was taken over on 1 February 2019 by Stéphane Robyr, cheese maker and farmer, but has already been in business for 20 years, previously operated by Fabien Vallélian, cheese maker and owner of Laiterie Moderne in Bulle.
These 2 friends have a passion for cheese, and Stéphane Robyr and his advisers Mélissa, Vanessa, Loan and Martha are proud to show you the hidden treasures of this dairy.
PRODUCTS
At Laiterie Le Terroir, we focus on Valais cheese, Raclette PDO from the mountain pastures and dairies, as well as goat's milk and sheep's milk from our regions, not forgetting countless ancillary products such as delicious jams, Antoinette's courgettes, flutes and biscuits, and much more besides.
With its Gruyère heritage, the dairy offers a wide range of Gruyère products, including double cream, meringues and various fondues.
A visit to France and Italy completes the range.
From autumn 2020, the best Valais wine producers will be represented at the Le Terroir dairy, to help you discover the subtleties of VALAISAN WINE.
