Bio Fish Valley SA is a family business operating ponds at Môtiers in the Val-de-Travers located in the canton of Neuchâtel whose aim is the breeding, processing and marketing of Swiss organic rainbow trout, char and fario trout.

Beyond meticulous compliance with the specifications of the Bud label, the company aims to work  according to sustainable development methods in the management of the production, processing and distribution of its fish.
