Refrigeration
Refrigeration refers to the set of refrigeration processes used to lower the temperature in a closed space to maintain and preserve in a sanitary state products and foodstuffs, most often food.
Cooling effectively stops bacterial growth and slows down undesirable chemical reactions to increase a product's shelf life. Refrigeration is a food preservation technique that forms part of the cold chain.
Cooling
air conditioning refers to the process of controlling, regulating and modifying climatic conditions, almost essentially for comfort or technical reasons in specific locations such as medical laboratories, operating theatres or computer rooms. Outside these places, air conditioning is therefore mainly used to bring coolness to a room where the temperature is too high, or to regulate the level of humidity and dust in the room.
.Heat pumps
The heat pump is thermodynamic heating equipment known as renewable energy. The heat pump takes the calories present in a natural medium - air, water, earth or soil - to transfer it by amplifying it to another medium, for example a building or a dwelling, to heat it.
Wine cellar
For perfect wine tasting
Responsibility for wine quality doesn't stop with the cellar master. The wine consumer must also handle wine with care if he wishes to share the full flavor of this exceptional product with his guests. He or she should store the wine appropriately and serve it expertly. It's a good idea, for example, to decant full-bodied red wines into a decanter before serving them when they are young. In the decanter, the surface area of the wine in contact with the air is greater than in the bottle. The wine is "saturated" with oxygen, bringing about a positive change and rapidly removing any aromatic defects. Older red wines are decanted to separate the deposit at the bottom of the bottle from the wine. A candle placed under the neck of the bottle allows the deposit to be seen and left in the bottle. But the most important thing is the drinking temperature. White wines should be drunk cool, but not cold. And room temperature as a benchmark for red wine is a long-outdated notion. Even heavy wines should not be served at a temperature exceeding +20°; a temperature of +18° is recommended. This is how fruit and finesse can express themselves optimally.
Waiting for it to ripen ...
The "right" temperature plays a vital role in the world of wine, whether for its production, preservation or even tasting. Indeed, temperature is not only important during grape growth, winemaking, the maturation process and the preservation of a wine, but temperature is also decisive for taste. The temperature at which a wine is served considerably influences the nose and palate.
