Two young people with a passion for their craft.

Both obtaining their CFC in 2014 and 2015, it was then that they pursued their dreams of opening their own bakery-pastry shop. The business was taken over in July 2023, following extensive renovations, and opened its doors in November 2023.

Both of us come from an agricultural background, and we are keen to work with local Swiss products as much as possible, favoring short circuits.

Lionel being an expert at the exams, we want in a future goal to be able to train apprentices to share and transmit our know-how in our magnificent profession.
