Our company is located in Clarens (Montreux) in the canton of Vaud.
Over the years, the family business, founded in 1975 by Messrs. Henri and Zygmunt Lipka, has evolved from retailer to wholesaler, having adapted to the region's economic development.
Our House is a company that prepares and markets meat products based on Swiss and imported meats.
We specialize in fresh and frozen meat, and the development and manufacture of regional products, national and international specialties.
Currently, we distribute over 2,000 raw and processed products in Switzerland. Our range is extensive: fresh and frozen beef, veal, pork, horsemeat, lamb, game and poultry, as well as frozen fish and shellfish. Our manufacturing division also produces a full range of processed products (cured meats, hams, dried meats, raw hams, etc.). We have recently added a wide range of frozen products to our assortment: vegetables, fruit, stuffed pasta, ice cream and cakes. We also offer all the items involved in making pizzas.
.As our company adjoins the Abattoirs, we take advantage of this ideal geographical location to work with local farmers.
We are also direct importers for poultry and horse meat.
Our main customers are: retailers, butchers, canteens, institutions, hotels and restaurants. A retail store is open four days a week, at the entrance to our factory so that we can also serve private customers.
