The companies Otto Scerri SA, Castione and Otto Scerri & Cie. SA, Lostallo joined our company in 1973 respectively 1974. We are active throughout Ticino as well as in Mesolcina (Italian Grisons). Our strengths, gained from long experience, are civil engineering, construction and road construction.

Underground Construction/Tunnels
Tunnel construction is one of the most risky and demanding tasks in the construction industry. Whether in loose material, rock or groundwater more and more tunnels are being built for infrastructure purposes. Thanks to decades of experience in all fields of tunnel construction, our specialist engineers and advance teams, as well as a modern tunnel inventory, we competently cover all areas of construction, it conventional com milled.
We have tunnel boring machines up to 12 meters in diameter, plants for prefabricated elements (Tübbing) and various special inventories that facilitate the execution of any tunnel independently with competence and optimal efficiency.
 
Construction
Mancini & Marti SA builds works with exacting standards as general contractors and directly for clients in the areas of housing, commercial, industrial and in special projects operating in the Ticino and Mesolcina.
Our teams have 'extensive experience in the construction of concrete works as in masonry. Our expertise is reflected in the speed of execution, adherence to deadlines and quality of contractor works. Civil Engineering
Since the beginning of the foundation, civil engineering has been part of the core competencies of Mancini & Marti SA. Our activities range from excavation works, canalizations, river corrections, dams, concrete works and terracing.
Our experimental workers have a large inventory, from small equipment to large special machinery. Road Construction
Road construction is one of the most important sectors of the Mancini & Marti SA company, offering complete solutions. From asphalt constructions to drainage and sound shelters, we perform the works with expertise and experience. We can avail ourselves of varied works and rehabilitation in highways, cantonal and municipal roads as well as for private individuals. Our road workers have many years of experience and are constantly updated and trained in various construction techniques. At the complement of logistics specialists we are able to rehabilitate high quality road works with presence of traffic accurately and competently.

Restoration/building protection/restorations
During the design phase of new works we consider the protection of the same. We also propose such arrangements for existing buildings and infrastructure such as bridges, tunnels, canals etc. There are many reasons why protection or perhaps rehabilitation is necessary, including uniqueness, atmospheric influences, and aging. Special challenges are restorations of ancient works and facades. One must understand modern craftsmanship and know the methods of applying materials from past generations. Civil Engineering
Engineering and concrete works are considered by us to be demanding constructions to be performed professionally and in special outdoor situations. In this field, too, we have experience in both the production and processing of high-quality concrete. Supported by a quality system we can guarantee a security of execution for all our clients.
 
Specializations
Mancini & Marti SA can boast additional specializations in the field of construction throughout the Ticino region. In partnership with other local companies we produce and sell asphalt thanks to two production plants located in Sigirino and Castione. Thanks to these synergies, we can consider ourselves among the territorial leaders.
Inside the company we have a carpentry shop, which practises almost exclusively for the group.
In our fleet of crane trucks we can count on 40 and 110 t cranes which are also used for third parties.
