Founded in 1972 by Eric Iseli, the company was initially entered in the commercial register as a sole proprietorship, and was transformed into a public limited company in 2000.

From the outset, our company has taken a keen interest in the creation, construction and development of cooperative housing. It has thus acquired extensive experience in the management of this type of building, which remains one of the agency's main activities, apart from the more traditional ones of a régie.

The new generation, the two founding sons, have joined the family business, bringing it a new dynamic and innovative ideas.
