Designing your cabinets:

Our design office is in charge of designing and putting your cabinets into production.
Thanks to its expertise in the field of joinery, our design office will be able to translate your projects for interior fittings and cabinets into concrete projects.
Editing cabinet drawings, optimizing flow rates, close communication with the factory. These are the daily tasks of our design office.
Whatever your projects, their shape, their dimensions, our design office will be able, using standard or made-to-measure cabinet elements, to meet your requirements and assist our factory throughout the manufacturing process.

Cabinet manufacturing:

Thanks to the technical file produced by our design office, our production site will manufacture your cabinet.

In some cases, we may use standard modules; cabinet depths and heights tend to harmonize.
But in others, your entire cabinets are custom-made!:
Then begins a high-level technical process:

1. cutting the melamine-surfaced particleboard according to the colors you determine,
2. edge banding of each future cabinet element
3. making the drillings (for floors, assemblies)
4. fixing hardware (drawer slides, closet supports)
5. drawer assembly

To carry out all these operations on schedule, with optimum quality, our cabinet manufacturing plant is equipped with the latest generation of digital production tools (automatic drilling machine with digital positioning, edge banding and trimming machine, digital panel saw, etc....).

Cabinet installation:

When all the components making up your cabinet are ready for assembly and installation, they will be delivered to the worksite.
On site, our fitters will assemble and install your cabinet in strict compliance with the specifications.
Whether on a new build, renovation or occupied site, our fitters will implement the cabinets according to the rules of the art.
