Architects' studio

Our architects' studio is the heart of the Blum Sieber office.

Energy study

More and more, our planet is showing us through obvious signs that mankind is going too far. We believe we have to be responsible, and we want to lead the way in seeking sustainable, eco-friendly solutions for construction.
Swiss standards are already very demanding, and there are plenty of avenues to guide us in this direction, such as Minergie standards.
The Swiss government has also introduced the possibility of obtaining subsidies for the energy renovation of existing buildings.
We often work on conversion, renovation or simply energy refurbishment projects.

Our office therefore has the skills and software to carry out thermal balances and draw up CECB and CECB plus forms.

The thermal balance is a document required for any survey of a heated building. It is used to determine the various heat flows in the building envelope and the sizing of technical installations.
