Chinese medicine (TCM)

Chinese medicine is all about the life energy Qi. It is also based on the doctrine of yin & yang (opposing forces) and the 5 elements, which are laws of nature.

Chinese medicine considers the unity of body, mind and soul to be the key to health. This goes hand in hand with the unhindered flow of energy. If the Qi can no longer flow freely, blockages and pain arise 

The aim of my treatment is to release the physical or energetic blockages in order to restore balance and get back into the flow.

Acupuncture

In acupuncture, I work via the acupuncture points, which are located on the body's energy pathways, the so-called meridians.

Diseases are caused by a disturbance in the flow of the life energy Qi or an imbalance of Yin & Yang. There is either too much or too little of it. Blockages can cause pain or other health problems.

Treatment of the acupuncture points has a harmonizing and balancing effect. What is weak is toned, what is too much is dampened and blockages are released so that the Qi can flow freely again.

In my practice, I also use Japanese acupuncture techniques, which are completely painless without needles and are therefore ideal for anxious patients or children.

Tuina is Chinese massage. It regulates the life force and harmonizes yin & yang. It therefore has a holistic effect on body zones, meridians, acupuncture points, mind and emotions in equal measure.

Mycotherapy (medicinal mushrooms)

Mycotherapy is the use of medicinal mushrooms. The impressive effect of medicinal mushrooms in regulating body and mind, harmonizing and strengthening the immune system was already known in ancient China. It was not for nothing that they gave reishi, for example, the name "mushroom of immortality".

Mushrooms are among the oldest remedies ever used and the reason for this is certainly their many positive, strengthening and regulating properties.
