New builds and conversions, site developments, interior design and more in German-speaking Switzerland

Our office was founded by me, Susanne Freiberg Rüpp, in 2011 as Rüpp Architektur GmbH. Since then, I have been running the office as owner and managing director. I am now supported by four permanent employees and an external interior designer and 3D specialist. We therefore form a broad-based team with a wide range of skills.

The focus of our office is primarily on conversions and renovations of existing properties. Many large investors in apartment buildings are among our regular clients, for whom we always focus on optimizing returns and thus making the property a profitable investment. - And we do this throughout German-speaking Switzerland, from St. Gallen to Bern and from Basel to Lucerne.

Our clients appreciate our uncomplicated, flexible approach and the speed with which we process pending orders. We are also on hand with advice and assistance when it comes to purchasing new investment properties. For example, we can sound out and calculate the
maximum return before a new purchase. We also support our clients in their purchase decisions during viewings prior to new purchases.

In the area of conversions, we specialize in roof extensions, loft conversions and changes to apartment layouts. For example, we modernize the interior design of houses from the 1960s. We are also your competent partner for completely new floor plans for apartment buildings.

Interior design

In the area of interior design, we take care of the interior design for you. We create a suitable material and color concept, choose the right lighting and furnish the room according to your wishes. You benefit from our many years of experience. It goes without saying that we will discuss the interior design with you in detail. We can also visualize the project for you using VR glasses, so you can move around in the new room even before it is completed.

We design kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, individual rooms and entire houses. We have also realized entire villas including pool areas for our customers. We are also happy to advise you on garden and exterior design, for example for entrances.
