Our services are free of charge until the successful sale/letting and cover the entire area of property marketing, from the recording of the property to the handing over of the keys, without any contractual obligation. The service package includes the complete recording of the property with wide-angle photography, video and drone recording, the internal and external valuation of the property, advice taking into account the relevant tax and legal aspects, high-quality sales documentation, comprehensive publications on the largest real estate portals in Switzerland and social media, appointments and viewings, registration and accompaniment at the notary/recorder's office and the handover of keys. In the case of a successful sale, a commission of 1% is due, and in the case of renting, 1 month's rent, without further costs. On request, further services, such as advice on the purchase, or individual services, such as sales documentation, can also be provided.
