The Wesley Haus is a retirement center with different forms of living for every need in a shared building complex. The center includes a nursing home, a retirement home and a residential care group.

The house is located in the center of Kleinbasel, right next to the Claramatte and in the immediate vicinity of various shopping centers and streetcar stations. The neighborhood offers a wide range of cultural activities.

Our services are provided to a high standard that reflects the current state of practice and science. We pay attention to integrity, the greatest possible self-determination, mutual respect and safety.

Since 2013 Wesley Haus has been part of the non-profit Bethesda Alterszentren AG, which unites various retirement centers under one roof.

In the middle of life

The Wesley Haus offers personal living space right in the center of Kleinbasel. The nursing home has 78 places and the retirement home has 44 apartments. The communal and public living areas are tastefully designed - with a view of the Claramatte and a well-kept garden in the inner courtyard.

A range of care and services is available as required in the care home, outpatient care in the retirement home, care in the residential care group as well as general and psychogeriatric care. The offer is supplemented with vacation rooms for short stays.

Individual living

The living areas for general care are bright and functionally furnished. The 36 residents can furnish their rooms with their own pieces of furniture. A care bed with bedside cabinet and built-in wardrobe are part of the basic equipment. The doors have a modern locking system. There are personal letterboxes for residents in the foyer.
