My experience as a therapist, has shown me that it's necessary to commit to several successive and close sessions in order to really perceive the changes and benefits of the work done. The Take Wings program takes place over 3 or 6 months. The pace of the program will be discussed during an initial appointment, which I will offer you. During this interview,  you'll be able to ask all your questions and thus decide whether you're ready to take this new Envol.

Once the rhythm has been defined, which will be 2 meetings/month over 3 months or 1 meeting/month over 6 months, it is to yourself that you will commit to following the program and thus making the changes you wish to bring about in your life.

Through my many therapeutic tools, we'll decide at each session and step which tool will be necessary for your accompaniment to go towards who you aspire to become!
