In its current form, Comina Group AG is a young company, founded in 2013. The foundation stone was laid in 1992 with the establishment of Hauenstein Treuhand GmbH, which focused on supporting Swiss companies in the areas of administration, accounting, tax advice and auditing. Buser Management AG, which specializes primarily in the administration of trusts and international companies, was founded in 1994. After many years of trustful cooperation, the owners of the two companies decided to merge them in 2013.
Our experienced team develops tailor-made solutions for you and offers comprehensive support in the areas of fiduciary and management consulting, tax and law, succession planning, trusts and foundations as well as family offices.
