In addition to numerous, versatile pizza variations, we offer a varied selection of fresh, homemade and seasonal dishes. Our Swiss stone oven always plays a central role. We use it to bake our unique pizza dough, which we make ourselves using organic flour from the neighboring Pfisternmühle mill.
