The Malcafit Centro Wellness gym can now claim more than 20 years of health and fitness
expertise. After more than two decades, we continue our utmost endeavour to empower
our members to achieve and maintain their physical and mental wellbeing in the best
possible way, thanks to top-quality equipment in line with the latest developments in the
fitness world.

Weights room
All our weight room equipment is by Technogym, a world leader in the fitness sector. Our
cutting-edge equipment caters for cardiovascular, isotonic and functional training. In
addition, each machine is equipped with the Technogym MyWellness system that makes our
machines simple and intuitive to use, ideal for all fitness beginners.

Course room
In addition to a full schedule of group courses presented by our qualified instructors, we also
offer members the option of attending a wide range of virtual classes. Thanks to a megascreen
and dedicated sound system, members can attend courses in which virtual
instructors are projected in life-size. You can also reserve our training room and use a tablet
to independently choose the course that suits you from a selection of over 400 classes. For

Sauna
We have two saunas installed directly in the changing rooms where you can enjoy moments
of pure relaxation while at the same time taking advantage of the many benefits these
treatments provide for your muscles, skin and stress levels that build up every day.

Solarium
The multiple benefits of solarium treatment are now well known and scientifically proven:
one of them is the stimulation of the production of essential vitamin D, which,
unfortunately, is not readily available through diet. We also sourced our solarium equipment
from the world's top manufacturers to ensure the best possible results for you while
maintaining the highest level of safety.

Aesthetics
Our centre also has its own dedicated area for beauty treatments of all kinds, so you can
conveniently enjoy skin and grooming care directly within our facility.

Our instructors
Our fitness instructors can offer a personalised service to design a new training program
specifically designed to meet your goals and abilities. Our coaches are always there and
ready to help with any questions, curiosity or doubts. We have instructors on staff who
speak Italian, German, French and English so that everyone can feel comfortable and
communicate without language barriers.

Our microclimate
Our facility maintains a controlled indoor microclimate to provide members with a sanitised
environment and ideal temperature conditions for different physical activities.
Our indoor ambient conditioning is automatically adjusted according to the season and
outdoor weather conditions. You will not find a better or healthier space in which to
exercise, unwind, or destress.

Other services
With our bioelectrical impedance analyser, you can measure the composition of your body
mass in terms of muscle and fat as well as intra- and extracellular water content. Better than
simple weighing scales, this device enables you to monitor actual changes in overall body
composition and thus assess the effectiveness of your personal training programme.

We also offer a professional sports massage service with qualified and health insurancerecognised
masseurs.

Beverages and all our isotonic drinks are complimentary for all our members.
We have a large free car park reserved exclusively for our members.
