Choqué par la service de réservation téléphonique

I called the number to book a taxi only to be asked to write a message to the same number. After I wrote and waited, I called again asking to either confirm or let me choose another service. At which point I was suggested to use another taxi service. I used this company for a few years and that’s the first time I was literally told that my reservation is just complicated. Never again I will contact them
