Our goal being to remain on a human scale, this allows us to place the patient at the heart of care while having satisfied employees. Our model of care SBV Medical has chosen Virginia Henderson's model and the 14 basic needs as a guideline towards its patients. Our objective We are committed to offering personalized follow-up in compliance with the OAMal. Indeed, our main vision is to accompany, advise and care for people in their place of life; whether they are independent, dependent people, suffering from a pathology requiring help or care. We adapt our passages according to the needs which can be daily, weekly, monthly or even annual and this in a space-time adapted to the situation. Our relationships are based on the trust and professional skills of our staff in order to build a stable and safe relationship for our patients and care partners. Of course, our staff is bound by professional secrecy and patient files are computerized in software recognized in Switzerland, Medlink. Our goal is to respect the living environment of the patient and preserve their autonomy. While limiting the number of participants in the situation, in order to guarantee better monitoring. We strive to provide the necessary care and assistance but also to promote health through prevention in order to promote well-being as a whole.
